Select BUY TICKETS to start registering HAMS walking in. It takes only seconds per HAM.
You can also collect raffle ticket money at that time. ( TailGate and Table money)
PayPal guys will be pre-registered. You can lookup a Ham here and see they paid at \mytickets URL
It's helpful if you inkpad stamp their hand, but you can always lookup a call sign to validate if they paid.
Register an Admission Ticket for a HAM:
1. Enter a call sign if a ham, Click [Calculate] (shows if they already paid admission) then [SAVE] - you are done.
If you adjust an amount after hitting calculate, just recalculate. If you dont hit re-calulate it will auto calculate and show you recorded total to collect.
Process:
2. if a valid HAM call sign, contact info and email address will be
automatically found and entered for you. If email is missing, - it's required, so ask for it.
Worse case get cell # and put Club Email address in email field. (or put your own email address in)
3. First, Last name and Email are required,
Tell them we need to contact them for Prizes, Major Prize, if they are not in the Room.
4. if they don't have a valid call sign (check spelling) - to register Non-Ham below (use cell# or email) this will be their idenifacation.
5. Next just check [Calculate] then [Save] to complete registration.
6. The [Calculate] button adds up what they owe - $10 required for Admission (all drawings) one time (knows if previously paid)
If they come back to you to buy Raffle Tickets or Tables/TailGate - it will know they registered and paid General Admission $10
7. Optionally then or at another time, you can add Raffle ticket for hourly drawing (not Major Prize)
8. Add extra tables/ tailGate anytime.
9. Any Purchase will get and email with ticket #s.
Each ticket type gets a ticket# and is available for drawings.
All Admission and Raffle tickets will be used for Major Prize.
General Admission $10 includes Raffle a ticket are for hourly drawing.
You can email attendees ticket#s, or show them all ticket number they purchased on screen list.
Register Non-Hams or Hams with invalid callsign:
1. Enter email address or Phone number in [lookup] this will use what's entered
to identify the walk-in. Instead of call sign. Only in Main Ticket screen.
Email is required to contact winners.
2. They can buy Raffle Tickets at any time using what they used for identity,Call Sign, if not HAM email or cell#,
Previously paid admission ticket showed when looking up a person again.
3. For Internet and Paypay Security: Non-Hams may not be able to buy on the internet.
Finally, new ticket #s are shown on the screen after you click [Save]
To see all tickets a person bought - Click [My Tics] at bottom of the screen or /Mytickets URL
Tickets #s can be emailed to Hams if requested - use [Email] button.
At bottom of the screen is an [Admin login] button to go to main menu to draw prizes and reports.
In Main menu, you can see all tickets, ticket types recorded, and Hams contact info.

You can pick winners to test, only counts when you check off "Won"
In notes write what is won, and if picked up PRIZE if you want.
[ Major Prize] selected from admission and Raffle tickets pool. (Even ticket id the won an hourly prize)
[Pick Hourly] picks from all tickets not picked previously.
TABLE LIST: Shows all tables purchased, so you can plan.
PayPal List: Prepaid PayPal local list, shows unique Invoice number, Also in PayPal activity registry to differenciate Hamfest purchases.
HAM & ATTENDEE list: You can edit HAM contact info if needed.
DB (Database) User login & Permissions: Add, Edit users, passwords, permissions.
Note: everyone with login can sell tickets. Only "picker" can pick winners.
Only "Admin" can add / edit users and permissions.
Reports:
Sales: Money taken in by ticket taker totals.
Winner's list and what prizes they picked up.
Table and TailGate reports avaiable.
Security: *** ALL USERS NEED LOGIN *** ADD BEFORE HAMFEST TO SAVE TIME
In main menu seen only by "Admins"
There is a User logon list - users checked off as [Admin] can add users. Give out simple passwords.
All users in the list can take in tickets. If checked off [Picker], they can also select/pick winners prizes.
Advantage:
You get a list to market to, email for next time.
Calculates ticket totals automatically
We have winner's list and good contact info. Tickets picked randomly easily.
No need to print tickets and user filling in by hand.
PayPal info easily viewed.
You can walk around and sell Raffle Tickets on your phone, They are automatically entered for hourly drawing.
